HOW EMDR WORKS

AT THE SAME TIME, EMDR TERAPIST WILL HAVE YOU RECALL A DISTURBING EVENT. THIS WILL INCLUDE THE EMOTIONS AND BODY SENSATIONS THAT GO ALONG WITH IT. THE THERAPIST WILL THEN BUIDE YOU TO SHIFT YOUR THOUGHTS TO MORE PLEASANT ONES.
